There seems to be some dispute on the proper way to season a burger.
Joe gets grossed out by mayo eaters.
Joe – Shut the lid when grilling your burgers! This will help reduce flare-ups. Also, don’t overcrowd the grate. Do your burgers in batches if you have to.
Charpie – When seasoning ground beef, don’t add your salt until after you’ve formed your patties. Salt mixed in with the ground beef will create a less tender burger.
