Simple Bleu Cheese Cream Sauce
- 6 oz. Bleu Cheese
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste
Heat the cream and garlic to a boil, and reduce to simmer. Add in the bleu cheese, combine till all cheese is melted, and sauce reduces. Season liberally with black pepper.
You can serve right away, or refrigerate and reheat when ready.
This super simple bleu cheese sauce goes perfect with a ton of grilled dishes. I use it with steak and chicken kabobs, as well as any buffalo chicken dishes.
