Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Squash Skewers

Sweet Squash Skewers

  • 1 Butternut or Butter Cup Squash
  • 3 Tbl. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbl. Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Powder
  • 1 Tbl. Vegetable Oil

Cube the squash into bite size cubes, and put 5–8 pieces on each skewer. Mix the brown sugar, chili powder and cayenne together. Lightly brush or drizzle the squash with vegetable oil, and liberally dust with the brown sugar mixture.

Set your grill to indirect med-low heat, and grill squash until tender and caramelized.
